On-site Sewerage Designs

An on-site sewerage facility is a wastewater system and land application area that is situated within the property boundary. The system treats sewage generated from the property. To install an on-site sewage treatment facility or greywater treatment facility (GTF) you must get approval from your Council. There are many types of on-site sewage facilities and greywater treatment to choose from. When investigating different models it is important to check that the on-site facility has been given a Chief Executive Approval or its equivalent (Type Specification or Model Approval). If the facility does not have an approval it cannot be installed in Queensland. Sewage treatment plants designed to treat greater than 20 equivalent persons require a licence from the Environmental Protection AgencyWe design and draw septic designs for your system and provide each client with a comprehensive report which is required for your application to Council.
