EPA Applications for on-site sewerage ERA15 Sewage treatment plants designed to treat greater than 20 equivalent persons require a licence from the Environmental Protection Agency. Based on assumed water usage volumes and rates of occupancy, a development may be an Environmentally Relevant Activity and will require licensing for the operation of Environmentally Relevant Activity (ERA) 15(a): Operating a standard sewerage treatment works having a peak design capacity to treat sewerage of 21 or more equivalent persons but less than 100 equivalent persons. We research the best method of effluent disposal and provide the client and the EPA a comprehensive report which includes the Site Based Management Plan, Environmental Management Plan and the Effluent Irrigation Disposal Plan.
